Financial Documents Summary Sheet

The Financial Documents Summary sheet specifies the documents you need to locate for your Divorce team, in a format that helps keep you organized and prepared for completing the necessary Financial Statements.

Clients who have extended health benefits for Social Work services may be able to be reimbursed for Divorce Matters services. Check with your provider to see if you have coverage for Social Work services.
